Return policy
Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or give refunds.
Your satisfaction and happiness is our task. We attempt to show and describe our wigs accurately; the wigs are carefully inspected to ensure that they are free of defects before shipping. We understand that customer may request an exchange under some special situations, like ordered the wrong size, change mind for the hair color. We CAN ONLY accept an exchange for UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL CONDITION wigs. You CAN NOT cut the lace, you CAN NOT put any glue on the unit, you CAN NOT perm the unit,
you CAN NOT wash the unit, etc. The customer need to pay for the exchange fee of $20 if the exchange is caused by the customer’s personal preference instead of wigs problems. The customer will also need to pay for the new item shipping fee.
Due to the nature of business, there will be no exchanges on sales, clearance items.

Privacy policy
The customers’ information is needed only to complete the transactions, and they are highly protected and will NEVER be released to third parties.
