For custom lace wigs, we offer step by step payment plan. This method makes our products even more affordable. You pay 40% percent of the item price (before shipping fee) when you make the order, the remaining balance (60% of the price plus shipping fee) will be due in the 4th week, we will ship out the custom item when all the balance has been paid. Because the custom lace wig is made based on your personal preference and size, you CAN NOT get any refund if you cancel in the middle of the production. If your final payment is late more than 7 days, you will automatically cancel the order and CAN NOT get the refund either. Please notice that the production term dose not include shipping time.
